Happyloop Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Brahma mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

• Email address (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
• Display name (optional, from your authentication provider)
• Apple ID (when using Sign in with Apple)

User Content:

• Practice notes you write
• Custom practice configurations

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Location Data:

• Your location coordinates (latitude/longitude) when you grant permission
• Used to calculate personalized Brahmamuhurta times based on local sunrise
• Coordinates are stored securely in our cloud database (Firebase) for calculations
• Cached on your device for 24 hours to reduce data usage
• Not shared with third parties
• Not used for tracking, advertising, or any purpose other than sunrise calculations

Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, timezone.

Usage Data: Practice completion data, streaks, app interactions.

1.3 Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Collects email address and display name for authentication
• Apple Sign-In: Collects Apple ID and optional email address for authentication
• Firebase (Google): Handles authentication, cloud data storage, analytics, and crash reports
• RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions and payments
• Meta (Facebook) SDK: Used for advertising attribution and analytics

1.4 Analytics Events We Track

• Account Events: Sign-up method, login
• Subscription Events: Trial started, trial expired, subscription started, paywall views
• Feature Usage: Alarm scheduled/fired, practice started/completed, articles viewed

2. How We Use Your Information

• Calculate your personalized Brahmamuhurta window
• Schedule wake-up alarms
• Track practice progress and sync across devices
• Process subscriptions
• Improve app features and fix bugs

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Settings and practice history stored on device
• Cloud Storage: Data syncs to Firebase when signed in
• All transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• We do not store passwords

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Firebase, RevenueCat, Meta (with their own privacy policies)
• Advertising Partners: We share app events with Google Ads and Meta/Facebook
• Legal Requirements: If required by law

5. Advertising & Tracking

We use Google Ads (via Firebase Analytics) and Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure advertising campaign effectiveness through:

• Sharing conversion events (trial starts, purchases) with Google and Meta
• Device identifiers for ad attribution
• Product interaction data

6. Your Rights

• Account Deletion: Delete your account anytime through Settings > Delete Account
• Permissions: You can deny location permission or disable notifications

7. Children's Privacy

Brahma is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. International Users

Data may be processed in the US. EEA users have GDPR rights including access, rectification, and erasure.
